Their model homes look beautiful and I have been trying to get a sales rep to call me back to get more information without any success. I'm not sure if they speak to potential customers or only to realtors. I have fill out the request more information online form and called numerous times and all I get is that someone will be in touch with me. I have not received an email or call. Not sure if they are in high demand or short staff. Wish someone would get in touch with me. I will give it another week if not I will move on to another builder.

I could not be happier with the entire process working with DMI. We started with an existing plan and ended with a ~75% increase with all of our changes. Some were structural some were fairly simple but all were done without question, exactly as planed, and for a very reasonable price. Visit one of their construction sites and notice the organization and cleanliness it is clear they take pride in their work. For the record I am not affiliated with DMI in any way other than being a very satisfied customer.
