Architects examine the context of a building, whether it is its location on the property, its relationship to the surrounding buildings, or the style in which it was constructed. Architects look at the big picture as well as the little details.
Richard is creative and sensible. I love it when he comes up with solutions that work and don't cost a fortune. Coming up with a design that wasn't a complete gut and remodel was a challenge, but in the end, we got a design which we absolutely love. Richard hung in there with us until we got it just right.
