Do not use Pleasant Air Conditioning. Jeremy installed a Trane unit in our home 2.5 years ago that carried a 10-year warranty. When we encountered a warranty issue, he refused to honor the warranty because we had service work performed by another company. He told us that we had voided our warranty by having another company work on the unit.
However, nowhere in the Limited Warranty and Extended Service Agreement does it state that having another company perform work on the unit voids the warranty. Jeremy was extremely rude, unprofessional, and confrontational on the phone with me. Fortunately,

They didn’t perform the work for me, but helped me navigate my situation with another hvac company that installed our thermostat in the middle of a large wall and told me it couldn’t be moved. Based on his advice I was able to say the right things to convince the other company it could be moved and needed to be moved. Very nice and knowledgeable.

I was extremly happy with the service and quality of work that Pleasant Air provided. I sought a second opinion from Pleasant Air Conditioning after my AC decided to never work again. Another company gave me a quote for AC replacement that was planned for 2 weeks. We were having extreme hot weather in August in Mount pleasant so when Pleasant Air said they could do the job the following day and a cheaper rate, I couldn't pass. I was very grateful to the team. Very proficient and professional too. They stayed late to ensure we got cool air running that day. Thank you.

Jeremy, Lance and the others at Pleasant Air are an amazing team! They gave me a great price and preformed their work in one day - place was cleaner after they left than before they arrived. I can’t give you getter advice than to call Pleasant Air before you get another contractor. The team is professional in every way, and do high quality work for a fantastic price. We called Jeremy at Pleasant Air on a Thursday afternoon when the house temperature rose to 80 degrees. He was there in a couple of hours to fix us up with cool air, to make it through the weekend. The Pleasant Air crew was there first thing after the weekend to replace the air conditioning unit. The guys worked all day to finish the project and the bill was exactly what was quoted. We can't say enough great things about Pleasant Air Conditioning and would gladly recommend them to anyone.
