Yes, Jerry was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and fixed the problem promptly, my issue is with the Fogel cost it was a 5 amp fuse that needed to be replaced (5 minutes at the most), which cost $2.00 and we were charged $49.00 for the part.
I get a charge for service call of $85.00 but there is no need for such a markup on the part.... the women in the office were extremely professional and polite thank you

After I experienced repeated problems with a dehumidifier installed 12 months ago, Fogel's general manager, Mark, came to our home to access and determine a solution for the problems. He, along with several technicians then returned and completely reinstalled a replacement dehumidifier in a different location. I don't think any other company would have invested as much time and work in the rework as Fogel has done. I am most appreciative of Mark's and Fogel's determination to provide the best possible performance and service. A huge thank you to Fogel for standing behind your work!

Used for 1-year warranty inspection and service. Nadean J was very helpful in assisting me with scheduling and ensuring all of the issues were addressed. The technician (Jerry) was very polite and professional. He was able to answer our questions about our HVAC system. Traffic in the Charleston Area is bad in the morning, so I encourage Fogel to allow for sufficient travel time so that the technician can still arrive within the appointment window. We did appreciate Jerry calling us to let us know that he was delayed and gave his arrival time. That at least showed a respect for our time as customers

Our heater was installed by Fogel in our new Lennar construction home and we've been there 3 weeks and have had 3 service calls and it's still leaking water. Two of the service calls we had to call the office to ask where the service person was only to find that we weren't on their schedule, so we had waited around all day for nothing. About to schedule our 4th service appt. Fingers crossed they fix it this time and we don't have to sit home all day missing work for them to arrive. I hate to have to call and remind people to do what they say they're going to do.

Our heat stopped working so we called Fogel to have it checked out. The technician arrived the same day to check it out. Unfortunately, we needed a new unit installed. Within a couple days a crew was on site replacing the old unit. They had the old out and new one installed in a matter of hours. It has been working well since. (thank goodness they could get it before this cold weather.) Pricing, service and reputation go a long way in this business, Fogel Services is great at all of them! Thanks,

Jerry and Sterling were professional, courteous and incredibly friendly. Went above and beyond with providing superior customer service as well as saving me money by accurately diagnosing the underlying issue. A small part had to be replaced but most technicians wouldn't have known that and may have recommended a larger, more costlier repair.

Mark Wyman was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and prompt! He answered all of our questions. We received the estimate with options; and he even gave us a timeline. Fortunately for us, Fogel Services had the unit we wanted in-stock. Prior to the installation, Mark even brought the unit out, and held it up so we got the best placement in our new room. Within a week the installers, Edwin and Eddie, arrived in the morning to install our Mitsubishi mini-split. They too were very pleasant and very hardworking! As I was expressing concern over my unit, he proceeded to call me a liar over what I was experiencing. Every phone call to Fogel was met with resistance and negativity. It would be a MISTAKE to choose Fogel Services as your servicer.

We bought 4 systems for our new house from this company. We have many areas that have no air and circulation. Either the you are freezing or burning up as the thermostat won't cut off/turn on because there is no air circulating around it. They do not stand behind their work as they won't come out and even address it. Beware!!

So, you know how you buy a house and have a to-do list that will take a few years to complete? We bought our house (early 60s) about 5 years ago and of course we had a long list. The AC unit just turned 15 years old and definitely at the end of its life. Some parts of the house were cooler than others. We definitely did not have consistency!

We have been using Fogel now for about 18 months and even when they make a mistake, they are still professional and courteous. We live in a new construction house that they did the install for so they were included in our 1 year home warrantee. During that time, our AC went out once and I called the main number that was answered quickly and clearly. A tech was sent quickly and the repair was relatively painless (and no charge).

I use Fogel for my preventative maintenance for my home HVAC. It's been three years, 2 services per year for just under $200. They've always been on time, and the rep is proficient and courteous. Being with their PM program gets you priority service should something goes wrong. That was put to the test when my system shut down completely after 9 PM one night. I trouble shot, without success. Next morning I called Fogel. The phone person was pleasant and helpful. They came out same day before 2PM. It was a blown fuse on the circuit board that was tripped by a faulty wire on the compressor

Not impressed, Adam came to my house 7/2/2017 diagnosed a minor leak and suggested we try a charge of R22 to get by for a while, charge 377.50 this fix lasted 2 days!! Had another tech check system on 7/4 and found two small leaks that in his opinion would not have accounted for the system to fail in 2 days. Was given a price of 1500 plus labor to install new coil by Fogel, new company has given me a price of 522.00 plus labor. avoid Fogel

Rip-off. Paid these people 175.00 for maintenance 2 years ago. After they performed the "repair" we still heard the noise the fan was making before but it was cooling again because for some reason we trusted this "professional." Come to find out a portion of the compressor was bypassed fan never repaired complete hack job. Now all the parts warranties are expired and I am presented with a 3200.00 repair bill. If you are even remotely considering hiring this company to perform work on your residence think again. Absolute disgrace. If you work for fogel and are reading this

Trevor came out to assess our system and see why our bedroom was so hot. Fogel is the company that installed the system in our home when the house was built. There were no dampers installed at the time of installation. Alex was out approximately 30 days earlier for a general maintenance call and checked the system and gave us a thumbs up and said everything checked out. Trevor said he did not install dampers, his boss, Brian would send another crew to do that, but, I was low on coolant and the AC needed a charge. It apparently had a leak. I told him to go head and charge it. He charged it

OUTSTANDING!!! Mark was on time and explained everything that was going on in detail. He showed me why the HVAC was not operating properly and explained how I could remedy it in the future if needs be. A competitor of theirs, ARS, wanted to try to charge me to replace a component that was still under warranty and working properly!!! In addition to labor, an estimate that was approx. $500.00!!! Fogel charged me $65 for their time; well worth the 2nd opinion.

Absolutely incompetent!! They sent someone to our house 5 times and kept telling us that my sons bedroom was as hot as an oven because of his mini fridge. We immediately took their recommendation and removed the refrigerator. However, this did nothing to remedy the situation. The 5th time they sent a guy who for the first time actually went into the crawl space. He found something that their company installed upside down during construction. Stay away from this company.
