I have been in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration (HVACR) Trade since 1972 since graduating from Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technical Academy at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, TX. Graduate with a 98% grade and was named Honor Graduate of my class.

We have used Arctic Air a few times and they keep impressing us each time. We have had maintenance, simple services, and now a complete new system put in. Each time Arctic Air has made us very happy. They did a great job keeping our old system up and running until it was time to replace it. The employees that come out are always professional, courteous and straightforward. Michael made sure we knew what was going to happen in every detail so we would not have any questions. I just used arctic air for my commercial a/c unit. I paid almost $500 for service and the a/c still does not work. Plus, now the roof leaks where the unit sits. The roof has never leaked before. I spent $500 for them to make it worse and they are refusing to fix the problem.
