I was very pleased with their service. When I starts having issues with my HVAC system they were very responsive & did a great job repairing my system. JW Long was very easy to work with & answered all my questions. I liked that they didn’t try to talk me into something I didn’t need. I recently had a new bigger HVAC system installed. My co workers & I are happy to have cool air. 😊

Efficient install. Very nice. Answered my questions. Respectful of property and cleaned everything up when they were done. From experience I wanted a Trane and they accommodated my needs. I will be using them for regular maintenance going forward.

I have been a customer of JW Long for 5 years; I bought a Trane unit for my home. I just installed a split unit in my FROG. One phone call; the split unit was installed within 10 days!! The staff at JW Long is as fantastic as a Trane Air Conditioner, quick, professional, reliable; most important friendly! I will b a lifelong customer. 5 Stars
