Have used this company for years up until now. Came to our house regarding some work we need done. They have never called us back with the estimate. We have gone to their office twice and there is always some kind of excuse. Call and get the same treatment. Very disappointed. Will never refer them again. Taking our business somewhere else. I suggest you do the same.

Had this company do our siding on our house , they got it done super fast BUT didn't wrap all way to the peak of the house ( up to code but we have seen others they did and they wrapped all the way up , pretty sure the crew just rushed it) , didn't inform us there were large holes in the sheeting on the house ( which makes us feel they did it , why else wouldn't a HOME IMPROVEMENT company not mention it and make more money on a repair ?), the siding came off couple times , left nails all over the ground and driveway , and didn't call us back or respond to emails for weeks to discuss the issues

We used this company to have new flashing put around our chimney and have any rotten sheeting replaced around the chimney as well. They were able to have it fixed in a week but had terrible communication to get it set up for them to come out and fix it after the quote. The quality of the work that they did for the price we paid was awful. Nails and trash were left on top of the roof and in the gutters. The underlayment wasn’t even cut flush. I would overall not recommend this company.

There work was subpar. They made several mistakes and refused to make any corrections. We now have a leak,due to the poor work and they are refusing to fix it. We refused to pay final amount of $500, due to them not finishing the job and correcting issues. They refuse to fix anything. I will never use or recommend them again. Only care about making money, not quality of there work. Horrible company professionalism.

I hired Stratton to remove an existing roof "tear off" and re sheet and install new. I talked to and got quotes from close to a dozen roof companies before finally deciding to go with Stratton. First impressions are everything. Right from the moment he got out of his truck, I got the feeling he was being straight up and confident in what he said he could and would do. It was a huge expense for me "not a small job ether" He explained the steps and what would need to be done to do the job right. Other contractors had kind of breezed over what might need to be done once the tear off was done. Again

Stratton had done some general roofing repairs for me over the years, shingle replacement etc. Always did a great job, charging fairly on the small repairs, prompt. We live in a high wind area an our roof was destroyed 1year ago in a wind storm, so we called Dan for a quote on a metal roof to replace the old one. Agreed on price, he helped work with insurance company, etc. All good? Not exactly. The scheduling and the pace of the installation was a nightmare. The subcontractors he hire to replace the gutters tore the old ones down in 3 hours the day of a rain storm. So, my house was flooded, major
