This is an honest review from a real customer. Sterling Interstate was on time (actually a few minutes early and professional. They did not waste time, but we’re careful with our furniture and home. The billing for their moving service was fair. After using another company to move our furniture into storage and it being disastrous (a lot of damage) I did a lot of research. Sterling was one of my top choices. From Nanci in the office to the guys who did the move they were all great.

Elliot and his team were amazing! Very professional. Elliot even took the time to tighten up some of my furniture that was loose the attention to detail was amazing. What I thought would take six hours only took 3 1/2 hours they went above and beyond I would highly recommend Sterling Interstate movers.

Reliable. Punctual. Organized. Efficient. Timely. I could go on and on. I have heard all of the nightmare stories of ling distance moves, and I was very nervous about my move from AZ to CA. The service was super professional and they showed up right on time, packed up my entire house in AZ, loaded up the truck, and met me on the other end in CA 2 days later at 8am. I cannot recommend this company enough for your move.

I have used Sterling Interstate 3 times in the last 2 years, for out of state and in town moving. Elliot and his team are professional, polite, careful and overall amazing! They take extra care with packing your belongings so they are protected during the move. They hustle like nothing I have ever seen, I was tired watching them move all day!! Moving is stressful but they make it seamless with their efficiency and positive attitudes! You will not be disappointed hiring Elliot and his team at Sterling Interstate!

From my first conversation I had with Nanci who coordinated my move I could tell this company was different from all the other local Phoenix movers I had tried in recent years. Fast follow-up, professionalism and above all else a true priority on working to accommodate my schedule. My moving team (Grant and Reggie) were total pros....efficient, personable and very good communicators. I can't recommend Sterling enough.

What a disaster! I called to request an estimate as I am moving in a month. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 AM on Wednesday. On Tuesday at 4:30 I returned a call from them, to hear they had not scheduled me, did not have me on the schedule for an estimate! Good grief, two days after I called and THOUGHT I had an appointment, I was told a few hours before said appointment I did not have one. I am SO glad I did not hire this company. I can imagine they wouldn't show up on moving day either!. Huge disappointment.

Scheduled my move for a month out, had to change the date with a week to go, no problem.
Crew that packed my house was professional and efficient. Same crew that unloaded.

Absolutely do not hesitate working with Sterling Interstate! This was my first time using movers and I am never going back.
Elliot (owner) was extremely kind and responsive in scheduling my last minute move and walking me through the pricing -- on a Sunday evening no less!
Alex and Gid (movers) were super efficient and helpful. They had no troubles moving even our biggest furniture (which had previously given movers issues when we first came to this apartment) and even offering to help disassemble some pieces that weren't coming with us!
So grateful for this company and this team - moving

Elliot at Sterling Interstate was a pleasure to work with for my big out of state move. I was originally planning to go with another mover but they wanted to charge me way more than their standard price they quoted over the phone.
Elliot came to do an initial walkthrough of my items and his quote was extremely reasonable for disassembling furniture, loading, transporting, unloading and reassembling. It was great because my husband and I work full time, have two little ones and do not have really much time to move. All we did was pack most of the items and Sterling did the rest!!!

Sterling was amazing from start to finish. Quote was free and very competitive. Everyone was easy to work with and extremely friendly. The crew wrapped and protected EVERYTHING. They treated all of our stuff as if it were there own. They were kind to us through the entire move. The team provided updates as they traveled and arrived on time both for pick up and delivery.

Just used them again for my moving. It got a little expensive, but I have a lot of crap and it had to be dragged out of a three story townhome and inserted into a fourth floor loft. It was absolutely worth it. Little to no damage as before (anything damaged was just because of worn out items). They especially took extra care of our TVs.
Will use them again, but probably not for a long time. I plan to die in this apartment. Moving is such a pain.
