Lee's Plumbing has been involved with various organizations in the community for many years. One of the fun things we do is sponsor the Smithfield Blue Sox and local high school events. We took out a jetted tub and needed help with the copper hot and cold pipes and the pvc pipes as we didn't know how to close it off.
They were the only company to come out after Thanksgiving!!! We needed our water back on.
I had called about 5 or 6 plumbing companies so come out and left voicemails but nobody called me back.
I am very pleased!!
I forgot his name but he was very quick in finishing the job.

I scheduled a time for Lee's to come out and take a look at my drain which was clogged. They were a week out, so I scheduled a time for the following week on the only day that would work for me. On the day we scheduled and after waiting the whole week for them to come out I heard nothing. So I called... they told me their plumber went out to bear lake. I couldn't believe it! I had waited so long after scheduling with them and being patient for a whole week for them to tell me they sent their guy to bear lake. Totally unprofessional! Showed me how much they care about their customers! Will never

I thought my water heater was toast. Mike showed up, diagnosed it as a leaking spigot, and replaced for a reasonable fee. He also explained to me what the various waterlines in my house did, so I could label them. He was professional, competent, and fast. My new go-to plumber.

The folks at Lee's Plumbing are fantastic. We've been using them for a variety of projects over the years. Most recently, Mike did quite a bit of work as we've been remodeling our kitchen. He put in a water line for our fridge, new drain pipe for our sink, installed our disposal as well as our dishwasher. He did a fantastic job and was even patient with my 4 and 5 year old boys who kept saying "Hey, man....what you doin'?" more times then I care to count.
They're as good as they come. You can't go wrong these folks. Been a customer for over 6+ years and plan to be for many more.

Lee's Plumbing was amazing. We are in the process of purchasing a home and had limited windows of time when the current owners were not going to be there. Lee's Plumbing went above and beyond to make this happen. We had Lee as our representative. He was very informative, gave suggestions on how to avoid issues in the future with the type of plumbing that was there, and professionally polite. The camera used in the pipes helped see exactly what we were looking at and the invoice wrote gave details that can be used as a future reference. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

So glad to have called Lee's when our water heater died a couple of weeks ago. The folks in the office were really helpful and Austin was meticulous in installing our new unit (not an easy task as it was a tight squeeze to remove the old one and get the new one in!). The actual price was a bit more than the estimate, just because of the additional labor hours to get the new unit in, but was still much more reasonable than other places I called. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Lee's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Lee's has never let me down for both small projects like 3 bib or 3 way outlet for a hose, fixing kitchen drain or a bigger project/ emergency like we needed this last week. Rod was amazing as was the main office. My (our) water heater failed and Rod /Lee's gave a competitive quote and amazing service! I would like to mention Lee's acknowledged the stress I was under & worked with me if not bent over backwards to help us. I found this refreshing. A week out they called me to see how our water heater was working & it works great! 2-3

Can I give 10 stars? I cannot speak highly enough about Lee and the services he provided. I had received a quote from a well-known "any hour any service handyman" local company (you see their trucks all over the place) and my experience with Lee was faster, easier, simpler, cheaper, better in every way. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. He educated me about my plumbing system and gave me advice on steps I should consider in the coming years. He was cheaper and faster. I will never use another plumber as long as I live in this area and as long as Lee is in business. One

I needed a quick fix on a leaky sink in a rental unit. Called Lee's at 8 am. Problem solved by noon. No kidding. This isn't the first time I have called them and gotten great service. They helped us replace an ancient water heater with one that actually heats the water and lowered the cost by quite a bit. They know how to impress with service.
