Scott was quick to respond and quick to fix my boiler water tank even though I live further out than most. I love that he and his office worker kept in touch with me via calls and texts all along the way. I appreciated the timely response, and urgency. After building my house, there were a couple loose ends with different contractors. One of these was a warranty issue with my Kohler sink. An easily missed hairline crack in the porcelain that eventually grew. Scott responded to my email within 24 hours. He informed me that same day that the sink was out of stock until the new year. He gave me other options if I wanted it addressed then. I decided to wait. Come the new year, the day before I planned on asking for an update from several contractors, Scott emailed me to tell me the sink was now I stock

Our water heater had a leak in it this week. Never a positive moment of you life, right? Well these guys came and went and it was an overall bad experience. Let me start by saying that the water heater got fixed. They did a good job, and were even pretty timely about it. I wish that was the entirety of the experience though. The problem with having someone in your home is that you get pretty particular about it. It's your home after all. These guys didn't respect my home.
