They trust us to make sure that their clients homes are pest free and that any damages have been repaired.
One of the biggest problems with living in the southeast is moist/wet crawlspaces. There is a high water table, and the ground moisture rises to the top and condenses into a vapor. High humidity levels also add to the moisture found in crawlspaces. Homes out west, with a drier climate and drier soil do not have as big of a problem as we do, unless water if introduced to a poorly ventilated area like a plumbing or sprinkler leak.
Remediation involves cleaning up existing mold while avoiding exposure to oneself or occupants. An essential first step is preventing new growth by addressing the moisture source, we always repair the water problem before proceeding. The next step is isolation. We close all doors and windows between the contaminated region and other rooms of the home.
Once unwanted "guests" do find their way into your home, we first perform a thorough inspection to determine exactly what type of pest you have, how large the infestation, and the point of entry. We’ve used affordable exterminators and handyman for many smaller jobs throughout the years and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. We recently had them do a bigger job involving a renovation for an in-law suite with a bathroom that incorporated many handicap accessible accommodations. They did a top notch job and were very patient with us as we made some changes along the way based on my parents mobility needs and what would be best for them. The suite looks fabulous and the bathroom especially was beautifully done!! Would recommend them 100% as they were courteous, timely
