I highly recommend Tom Bush Mazda and John Calcaterra, the salesperson who took time after closing on Christmas Eve to show us half a dozen vehicles, take note of our criteria and, after we left, sent texts with links to each vehicle that met our needs. Returned on Dec. 27 and purchased a vehicle in less than three hours. Great service!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Mazda CX-9 with John Stribling. From the moment we got there we didn’t feel any pressure, he was kind and well informed on the vehicles and listened to what we said and wanted. Beyond that, we were pleasantly surprised to find that they are not adding any “markup” on MSRP, which many other dealers were doing (we came close to purchasing at a few other places and when paperwork was printed it was 10k above for markup, which these places claimed everyone was doing). I walked in with an idea in mind of what I wanted and my price range and that’s exactly what I walked out with. Ben Ollie was a pleasure to work with in finding my new 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. He walked me through a smooth test drive, helped me work out the numbers without any push or pressure, and in the end helped me transfer my personal items from my prior CX-5 to my new CX-5. Absolutely LOVED the experience I got from this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and it was the smoothest process. We did mainly everything over the phone being that we live in Savannah. We were there for two hours tops. John C. is such an amazing salesperson. He made the process easy so definitely ask for him!! Brittany was also very helpful informing me about the finances. The general manger was amazing as well. They were all able to get me into a reliable vehicle and I can’t thank them enough. Followed with not 1 but 2 Mazda 3 in 2015.
Today we came home with another Mazda 3 touring hatchback for my son.
