Our home was built in 2019. This is the company that was hired to install the AC unit. In august our AC went out. They came out and diagnosed it as a defective compressor. The compressor is still under warranty but it was going to take over a month to get a new one and they were going to charge us over 1k for installation. I had another company come out and check it out. Ended up fixing the actual issue and only charging us $100. A&A is still trying to charge us $170 service charge for coming out to look at it. Even though they are the ones who installed it, and they diagnosed it incorrectly which
