Has been our AC company for several years. First experience was a minor repair on an old unit. We went back to them when it was time for a new install and their price was great compared to the competition. Since then Bain has been providing regular maintenance to the new unit ensuring its efficiency and compliance with the manufacturer warranty requirements. I called the company because our AC stopped working on Saturday and they were #1 on google search with the highest review rating. Now I know why. BAIN was amazing!! He didn’t just find the problem and tell us how much it would cost to fix it. He educated my husband and me on why the issue was happening and what we needed to do to keep the unit running well. On 10/29/21, Danny came out to replace our damaged capacitor. We were so pleased he was able to come the day we called since it was getting incredibly hot! On 11/3/21, Bain came to do our routine maintenance. Both men were professional, courteous and helpful. Our AC Technician, Danny Clay was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the process to us, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. He stayed to make sure the AC system was functioning properly. Complete Comfort is my only company I use. They have the best service team around. Danny services our area he very punchual he does a thorough job when checking everything over . I know with them my A C and myself are in good hands. They offer a server plan for like 159.00 a year you get 2 cleaning or service call a year.so much off on parts and labors service within 24 hours of your call
