I called Ken based on his reviews on Google. I wish I could give him 10 stars! He is amazing! My AC went out and he arrived when he said he would and went about getting the part. This happened to us last summer as well, same part and all. Ken not only replaced the part he went above and beyond to see why this happened two years in a row! And he is very reasonably priced!

Ken was very knowledgeable, was able to meet at my convenience, fast, he didn’t upsell me on anything , trustworthy, and I had an all around great experience. The price was super reasonable, I was afraid I was going to get taken advantage of like most other repair companies do, but Ken was a stand up guy! I’m so happy, thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND KEN!! Ken came out to our new home today and gave us a thorough initial inspection/consultation for free. Then after realizing we were new to the area he gave us our first HVAC service as well for free. He gave us direct honest feedback, worked quickly but still took time to explain everything to us, and was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. We know nothing at all about hvac so he could have sold us on a lot of different things all of which he either assured us we didn't need to change at the current time or he just did for free.
