Great service, very friendly and affordable! Called at 3:00 and my unit was up and running again by 4:15. We will definitely use them again!

I used Bill for a no heat issue appropriately 5 or 6 years ago. He was responsive and timely. Resolved my issue at what I consider a fair price. Fast forward to today 12/23/2019. Because of his good work and timely response I keep his magnetic on my refrigerator. I call at 8am with no heat Bill responded back by 8:20am. He asked what the problem, what is it doing and asked if I had put up Christmas lights. Which I did. He then explained its probably a GFCI switch that's trip. Exceptional. Again. No one wishes for a choice between an HVAC repair or replacement, but if your HVAC needs help, wish you're in Bill's (the owner) service area. Based on current competitive quotes and past DIY experience, I know the repair and replace options that Bill proposed were priced right and I know a quality job when I see it. Would highly recommend Apex! Bill came by in about 20 minutes and quickly fixed my AC unit. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly.

Owner gave estimate of $1000-1200 for labor only coil replacement on central a/c unit. After completing job he charged almost $300 more and would not honor his estimate. Company should not be used for heating and cooling repairs.

Called Bill at 8am. He arrived 10am. Repaired the cooling problem quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend him and Apex Heating/Cooling. He's now my 'Go To Guy'.

Highly recommended. It's 97F outside and our home is a cool 75F upstairs and down today. Bill and Scott of Apex Heating and Cooling did a great job replacing our upstairs A/C last month.
