I have struggled to find a dependable HVAC company for years, but found Dave Matthews Heating and Air through Nextdoor recommendations. It has been a great experience all the way through my service appointment. The ladies who schedule the appointments are so friendly and helpful. Bruce serviced my units and was fantastic. I was very pleased with his knowledge and thoroughness. I’ve already scheduled for the spring service because I finally found the type of company I have been searching for - dependable, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.

My heater stopped working. The tech was able to stop by the same day! He quickly identified the issue (a faulty wire) and got it up and running. I really appreciate the tech taking the time to identify the root cause and fixing it the cheapest way (replacing a wire) rather than having me replace the board. Overall great customer service, fair and honest!

Honestly, can’t praise this company enough. From the first contacts with Doris and Stacey to set up the appointments to the techs that come out to tackle the problem. Responsive, quick appointments and just all around nicest people to work with.
They do not come out to break your wallet or sell things you don’t need. So refreshing to deal with a company that doesn’t make you feel you’re being raked over the coals.
Definitely a keeper.

Great experience starting this morning on the phone with Doris, and ending up this afternoon with technician Bruce, who left us with a fully operating heating system. This, with the overnight temperature forecast to be the coldest weather so far this season. No hype, no upselling, just good honest diagnosing and taking care of our furnace problem. Would not hesitate to use them again. Companies like this are few and far between.

I had a HVAC that broke down annually with a different part requiring replacement. (<10yr old.) I had a major player come in and write quotes >2k each time. I called Dave Matthews this past spring to do an assessment. The technician acknowledged my system was aging, but it was still running, the other company gave me a 3k quote. The system ran fine through Spring and Summer. When fall came, I reached out to Dave Matthews and Matt came out to review and discuss options. We agreed on best option and the team installed a brand new system. They were professional, courteous and kept me informed the

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this company. I heard about this company through a family friend who had a raving review in regards to their customer service. I called them to get an estimate for replacing our ac unit, a full replacement is what another company told me would be my only option. Matt showed up to assess the damage, he's probably one of the nicest people I have ever meant, and very personable. After trying three other companies I am glad I went with Dave Matthews Heating & Air. They replaced my AC unit and added an air scrubber to combat some mold growth that their trained experts identified during the install. Technicians were knowledgeable and professional and never felt like someone was just trying to "sell me something". Also, at the end of the day I got a Trane unit, which is a better brand than the brands the other companies wanted to install.
