Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
They don’t answer my phone calls, they measured my custom door incorrectly , it took almost 6 months to arrive, they came at my place to install and it was all wrong, they measured, they didn’t install, now I need an answer and no one calls me.

Wow is all I can say. This is the company Home Depot uses for their sliding glass doors. They do NOT call back. They are completely non responsive. It is amazing. I had to recontact home depot a week after the request for a quote due to no call. They listed they had attempted to call me (NOT TRUE, no missed calls, no messages), they then called 1 time, stated they needed the age of the house. I told them i would call back as soon as i got it, but it would take a bit to get from my landlord. They called home depot and said they were waiting on me (2 hours after the request). i then called them twice
