Extremely poor and unprofessional service. I hired them to install the drain and diverter plumbing for my new tub/shower. Firstly, they verbally quoted me that it would only take 2-3 hours at $90/hr., but ended up charging me over $650. Secondly, I had to call to have them come back THREE times to fix the leaking plumbing and improper install. Lastly, they never installed the drain pipes "plumb" upright, which has caused the drain stop to not work and therefore my tub won't drain. When I originally asked why it was so sticky, the plumber blamed it on the poor quality Delta fixture I bought at Lowes

I had a leaking toilet (after I replaced the gasket and bolts from tank to toilet). One of the bolts had broken off. I decided that when a plumber came out to fix it I would have them change the same thing in two other toilets. I had a plumber come out to fix it and he gave me an outrageous price to do only the one that was leaking. Of course, I didn't use him. I called a second plumber, who said he would come out the next day around noon. He never showed up. I called about 5pm and left a message, then again about 8pm. Never heard from him.

Recently I had issues with my well and water system. It started with the loss of hot water. I called Chris (shorelines owner) left a message and he immediately returned my call. Chris came later that day and fixed the problem. Chris also diagnosed that my holding tank was bad . A day later that problem was fixed as well. Shoreline plumbing provides quick service and quality work and most importantly at a affordable price. Chris did a great job and he was also very friendly and professional. Thanks Shoreline plumbing and heating!
