We had an exceptional experience from start to finish at Majestic Tiles in Wheeling. The tile selection is great! This location has many very unique tile designs. Lucas really helped us out with our a kitchen project and ensured we had all of our materials available in time. He even personally delivered more materials from another location at a very short notice. I found Majestic online and could not be happier. I have been looking for tile for my fireplace for over a year. Lucas had a huge selection and tiles I had not seen before. The cost of the tile was very reasonable and was able to fit me in right away. Lucas communicates well as the job took several days and Mark the installer did an amazing job. The fireplace is beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

We had ordered these tiles from our local tile place. They said we would get it in 8 weeks. After 10 weeks we contacted them and they said our order was canceled bc the shipping container never left the port. We were devastated. I went on a search for it and found it at Majestic Tile. They were so amazing. They were constantly in contact and even texted me pictures of the tiles and the shipping order. They even checked in to make sure they were delivered.
