We originally contracted to put in new vinyl floors with the largest flooring company in the area, then spent months getting cancelled on and rescheduled, once at 4PM on the scheduled day of installation. We went to Iskalis and the difference was instantly obvious. Instead of a high-pressure sale for floors that would be out of stock for months, the staff was up front and honest about what our options were for getting materials in within a reasonable time due to the industry-wide issues with building supplies. They let us see the samples in place at our home and gave us plenty of time to decide

I worked with Steve after having a leak in my condo. It ruined a portion of my hardwoods that needed to be replaced and the rest needed to be sanded and refinished. My condo was on the market and I needed the floors to be fixed as soon as possible. He made the near impossible, possible, and the floors turned out perfect. I couldn’t be happier! I also spoke to the owner once when I called for Steve, and he wasn’t available. He was super helpful and very friendly as well. I highly recommend.

My wife called earlier today to get an estimate on flooring installation and the woman who she dealt with could not have been any more rude. It was as though she was being bothered or interrupted. She was extremely rude, condescending and basically all around unprofessional. Needless to say we are taking our business elsewhere.

After having issues with water entering my downstairs area I needed to replace the carpeting that was in there, it was a soaked mess. John I, spent the time talking to my wife and I about our needs as we never wanted to replace the flooring again. We now have a ceramic tile that looks like distressed wood and love it. Btw, our drain tile has been replaced as well now. I definitely recommend Iskalis's American Floor Show.

My wife and I were in need of a large area rug for our tiled basement, but we were on a budget. We decided to buy our carpet from the Habitat Restore and Iskalis graciously worked with us to make our area rug with that! In fact, they said they often donate their leftover carpet over there, which is always new stuff, so they felt very comfortable doing this for us. When they brought our new rug over they had forgotten the pad we also ordered. My future husband and I had a horrible experience with this flooring store and John the owner. When John Iskalis came to our house to look at the floors that were installed and we were having issues with, he didn't remove his shoes when walking in our house and stepping on the floors and our rugs. His sales person, Steve and his wood floor finisher at least had the respect to remove their shoes at the front door. I used to go to the same carpet store until they messed up my install and didn’t stand behind their product. Walked in to Iskalis. After trying to pick the right carpet, I found one elsewhere and asked if they could get it for me. (A higher end wool) Not only did they get it, but the price was fantastic. The installers (who have been with them for 17 years) were professional and efficient. Bonus! They actually take your old carpet away instead of putting it at the curb. No frills, no high pressure, absolutely the BEST prices.

HORRIBLE service, a guy came in to give an estimate said he would email it to me that evening, 7 days later..still nothing. I heard from others that they do this all the time because they can't compete with Empire or Luna so they don't bother if they find out you're getting other estimates. The Iskalis team did an excellent job! The flooring selection was pretty much complete when I started working with them. During the order preparation, Steve took the time to explain options. This led to a slight change to better suit our situation. There was a detailed quote, timely delivery and impeccable installation.
