I had a very unusual experience with White Rabbit this summer. Fred, the sales rep came out and did a great presentation. Many neighbors in my condo building were interested in having their patios refinished. He gave me his card and I emailed him to say we wanted to proceed. No response. Called his office and Theresa said to call his cell which I did and she would follow up and tell him I called. So now there was no email response, no cell call response from Fred and no call back from the office. I called the office one more time after a week or so and asked why there was no follow up or response

Would highly recommend the guys from White Rabbit. They did a great job redoing the floor and storage in our garage. The initial appointment to measure and select finishes was very informative, the installers showed up right on time to get the work done, and were very pleasant and professional. Our floors look amazing compared to the old concrete we used to have, and they're so easy to keep clean now. Also really happy to have all the Monkey Bars storage units installed - all of our junk is finally up off the floor and it's much easier to get in and out of our cars. It took the installation

Trying to get my parents estate ready to list but had a problem with a garage floor that was chipping and pitting. A friend recommended WR to fix the garage floor. They came out and took a look at the floor… and provided us with an estimate. Price was reasonable and the job scheduling was great. John & Dave came out and did my parents garage floor 3/31/20 and it looks awesome. They were there on time, friendly and very informative during all phases of the job. This will be a show stopper when we get the house on the market. Thanks John and Dave for doing such a great job!

Terrific experience with this company. Beautiful epoxy job that made the whole house look new, fresh and clean! I chose the speckled white, gray and black and asked that they put extra speckles on the stairs going down into the house so I wouldn't slip, and the results have been great. I don't think I will need to do a lot of mopping or sweeping here on out. Thank you to the entire team I worked with. I would definitely highly recommend this group. Professional, talented, and punctual. Fair pricing.

My garage floor is beautiful. It is easy to clean and very durable. Everyone who has seen my garage floor loves it and wants to do the same thing to their garage floor. They were able to fix the cracked apron in front of the garage door. The apron looks better than brand new. Thank you White Rabbit for helping me make my garage look good. Everyone involved was reliable, respectful and efficient. They kept the job site incredibly clean. Honestly, couldn't ask for more! We had a large job and they made sure our questions were answered and we were aware of exactly what our floor would look and feel like in the end before the project began. We had our basement floors finished and will certainly have them back for the garage.

2018 is the year of getting through my home improvement to do list. First up was removing our impractical Garagetek flooring & refinishing with a more practical solution. I called to set up a consultation & Kelly was very helpful & upfront about explaining the process & estimated cost. I appreciated her honesty.
We ended up choosing a polyurea floor coating & some additional bike storage. There are several color options to choose from and we went with a neutral color to blend in with our exterior. The installers came out & removed our old flooring and let the concrete underneath

Couldn't agree with the positive reviews more. From the initial consult with Austin to the actual installation, we were very impressed. John and Rich showed up on time and were professional, courteous and just all around friendly. They made sure to protect our floors before they started and explained everything they were going to do. They redid our basement floor and it looks amazing. The attention to detail was obvious and we couldn't be happier with them. We would highly recommend this company (John and Rich especially!) and look forward to using them in the future. Way to go on hiring

3. OMG, they look amazing.
4. The storage space inside the units are unreal, so much space.
5. The cabinets are a bit costly, but My Wife love the cabinets, that is all that matters.

Who would think anyone could get jazzed about how their garage looks? Well, I am totally jazzed.
Who would think that it could be done so quickly?
Well, it was done quickly.
Who would think that anyone else could set me up to organize leaf blowers, Christmas lights, Halloween pumpkins, easily with room to spare for our cars?
Well, White Rabbit did it in spades.
I wanted a garage that was part storage, part decent cabinets, part counter area, and part hanging-on-the-wall stuff and I got exactly that. In terms of added storage; fabulous.
