After being stood up by another outfit, I was less then ecstatic about finding another. My wife found Jason, and he blew me away. First and foremost, he was on time, and by on time, I mean he was 15 minutes early. He was courteous, and we developed a plan of action, as well as realistic expectations.
We had closed on our house, had yet to move in, and needed to get our carpets cleaned, as the prior owner had pets, and smoked. To say our home didn't smell great, was an understatement. We attempted some you tube remedies, but to no avail.

Our experience with Odyssey Carpet Cleaning was nothing shy of amazing. They are so friendly, super responsive and so flexible with your schedule to accommodate everything you need done and when you need it. Best value dollar for dollar with great customer service! This is the second time I have had Odyssey Carpet Cleaning come to my home and once again, Jason did a spectacular job. He even helped get the melted crayon out of my carpet. My house now smells fresh and clean and my carpets look practically new! I will definitely use this company again!
