Diaz Lawn, LLC has been serving the greater Austin area for over a decade with dependable, complete lawn care services, including maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, arbor care and even masonry services. Founder Filiberto Diaz started out with just a single crew, working from his kitchen table.
We are a full-service landscape and maintenance company. By combining all services under roof you only have to call one company and deal with one person. It also ends up being cheaper than hiring several different companies, as we can often knock out multiple services with a single crew on a single visit.
Of course, the key to managing unwanted pests and other problems is by maintaining a healthy lawn that is strong and resistant to seasonal changes and external damage. How things have changed. Awful service, rude. Earlier this year, while cutting trees, they took out a 20-year old Yaupon that I had specifically told them not to touch. I had to fight with the owner just to get the stump removed. I have had to repeatedly remind them when they skipped us. Today, I called because they skipped last week, but the lady argued with me that we had been serviced. We hadn't, because it was raining (I was home all day). The lady on the phone got ugly when I said to cancel our service.
They are unreliable, rude, and do bad work. Go elsewhere.

Hiring Diaz Lawn LLC for my huge task at hand has been a very good experience. Mr. Diaz was prompt and courteous, and very fair on the bid. Several days later the crew came out to do the work. Everything I asked for was done to perfection and my 200 feet of fence line looks GREAT! No doubt, I will use them again for future work.

We have used Diaz Lawn for 4 years and have been really happy with them. Mr. Diaz has always come over to discuss new projects, give recommendations, and oversee the crews on big projects. Our yard always looks great and if there is ever a special request or question, we are answered back in a timely manner.

They came to cut my grass after not showing up for over a month. While weed eating part of my property their weed eater picked up a rock and it hit my truck window and shattered it. That was the last I heard from them we have tried to call repeatedly for several months left lots of voicemails and not a single response. I would definitely think twice about ever using them.

This company can not communicate with email. No matter how many email we have sent to get the weekly lawn maintenance service approved, they can't even find the email we sent to them. The lady who answers the phone is plain rude. The lady who sends email about not receiving our previous email, is not really nice either. They need to be nice with customers who are willing to hire them. Instead they push them away. Very disappointed with their communication skills. Will never go with them.

Let me admit that my lawn was a disaster. Diaz came out gave me an proposal to clean the yard (jungle) up and a maintenance schedule. After the initial cleaning everything looks great, it looks like it did when I bought the house. If you hate mowing your lawn give them a call it's very affordable and they do great work.

After hiring these guys, the curb appeal of my home went from a C- to an A+ for about 50% less than the lowest of the 3 other quotes!

I very rarely leave bad reviews for a company. If I have a bad experience, I usually just stop being a patron. This is one exception. We hired this company when we moved into our house because it was what some of our neighbors were using. When we hired them they said they would take care of mowing and maintaining our lawn, blowing and removing the leaves and taking care of the weeds each week.
When we purchased our home, the lawn and the landscaping were lovely with native plants and no weeds. The previous owner had a different gardener come every other week and the yard stayed well kept. Before

We live in Lakeway, and I had seen the Diaz crews around the area.. When we decided to hire a crew, we hired them. Terrible mistake.. First, we paid them to trim our hedge, bushes, and pampas grass..and paid extra to have the bush trimming be a part of the weekly mowing visit. Right off the bat, they ruined our beautiful big pampas grass, in the front of our house, and completely killed off two of the smaller clumps in the backyard. We also had evergreen bushes behind our pool, and they never would cut them evenly. There was a mini tree growing up through one of them, a completely different

Updated review: I cancelled my service, and they continued to show up. Every time I call I get a voice message and no one ever returns my calls. I finally got them to stop coming, and what do you know, 6 months later I get a collection on my credit report saying I owe them money! (I have receipts for paying every bill using their on-line system.) Diaz lawn is poorly managed, and has awful communication. Sadly, I would not recommend them at all.

Called these guys about coming over and checking out my lawn and giving me an estimate on work. I wanted them to de-thatch, aerate, and put down Dillo Dirt. Made an appointment for a Wednesday at 10am. They never showed up. I called and they said, oops sorry, we will be over at 1pm. They never showed up. I called them at 2:15pm and they said "oooh, so sorry, we are on our way and will be there in 10 minutes." At 4:00pm I called them a third time. They were apologetic, but who cares? I wasted an entire day waiting for them, and based on the other reviews, they are a half-assed company
