We have been Koch customers for several decades. As usual, John and Nate treated our house as their own, and provided solid advice in the replacement of our AC and furnace. When our hot water heater coincidentally decided to fail, they adjusted their schedule and were able to do all of the work - HWH, AC and furnace - in one visit. Awesome work, efficient and courteous! That's why we use Koch for all our mechanical needs!

They had supposedly "fixed" our AC but it only lasted for two hours.Even then they had charged us almost $400. After it stopped working we had called back and thier response was that they had left it working ;and it stopped working because the AC unit was old and it needed to be replaced. We didn't believe we needed a new AC unit so we had called a new company.Once they came and checked it they told us that the AC was wired incorrectly which had caused it to stop working so quickly. So they fixed without having to buy a new AC unit.

With below freezing temps our furnace went out. With two little ones we need someone fast. Called and had service with in the hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you John. We will definitely use again. Was also nice to talk to a real person. Can't remember her name but also very friendly. 👍👍
