Mike and his team replaced both our Heating and Central Air systems. Although the CA unit was defective from manufacture, Mike quickly replaced with a temporary unit to get us through the summer until the manufacture could provide the new replacement unit. Excellent service and support. We would recommend Campbells for your HVAC needs.

I've depended on Mike Campbell for HVAC service for almost 20 years. He and his team have rescued me twice! They installed a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner about 16 years ago. It worked flawlessly until one very cold night fifteen years later when we awoke and could tell the furnace wasn't warming the house. I called Mike early that morning and he had the furnace back heating the house by mid morning. Then yesterday when the outside temperature and humidity were climbing, we could tell the AC wasn't cooling the house, I called Mike on a Sunday and he came and had the AC pumping

I used a few different HVAC service providers that gave the run around and wanted to make an extra buck just because I'm not versed on HVAC. I was referred by a couple of neighbors to Campbell's, which we've been using for the last 3 years and I will continue to use them. They're a honest company with knowledgeable and personable technicians. They have never gouged me or gave me a run around - just a honest, local business that cares about their customers. I recommend staying away from the big chains - their commissions mean more to them than the loyalty of their customers.

Called Monday, May 25, 2020. Our a/c had quit. Mike said they were booked, but he would see what he could do and would call me back. (We are previous customers) Today is May 26, 2020 and he has NOT called back! Way to go Mike, really love how you treat your customers. My previous 2019 review was kudos to you and your guys, but you will NOT hear from us again. Really disappointed. If this is how you operate your business, I'm surprised you are still in business. How long would it have taken you to call and say "sorry" so we could call someone else. Guess what, we did and

First I would like to say we chose this company because of the great reviews. Unfortunately did not have that same experience. The technician came out and checked out AC. He said he would be back the next day to make sure of the diagnosis. He took my cell and would text me when he would be here. I never heard back. He also said they would get an estimate for repair and get back to us. My husband called 2 or 3 days later and they still didn't have an estimate. So here it is almost a week later and never heard from them but they sure took my $95 check! So now I have to pay another company

No follow through, no call back. Had to make 3 different appointments before we finally had a reapair man show, who couldnt give me answer, because he didn't do proper tests that were asked for, so he says "it could be A coil but there might be a leak somewhere else, I didn't run any dye through it", and then wanted money. So basicly what was said… was pay me $200, buy an A coil and if it still leaks then they would have to come back out run the test we asked for and buy another part. Extra money for them. Nice try! So we then scheduled for owner to come out, who bailed on us and sent another

Problem with the furnace. Called mike at Campbell's and he had Al out this morning. Al was fantastic . Explained everything he was testing so that I could understand . Of course my wife knew what he was doing after her many years in property management but let's not go there. Would recommend to anyone. Great job and reasonable pricing.

Mike is the owner. Jason and Richard just installed a new AC on a Sunday morning so I wouldn't have to miss work on a weekday.
