I am giving my review of 2 Stars because the installers did a good job, and the quality of the door is good despite it not even being the door I custom ordered and waited 7 months for.
I have a drawing and contract that have the door I ordered which is different design of the door I actually got. I can only assume that that sales doesn’t verify this before sending the installers over. So can you blame me for settling for the door that arrived versus giving the installers blame of this or having to hear yet another excuse from the company. I chose to accept the door that came that they showed

Extremely friendly, no pressure, easy to work with, and very professional. I had a very easygoing experience with HIWA and am in the process of remodeling my current house. They will work around your needs and HIWA has a great team who is easy to understand and work with. They give quality service and their office is a very comfortable place to go if you have to go in. Their showroom is very neat and organized and has several options

After waiting nearly 9 months for them to perform warranty repairs, I gave up.
At first, the owner, Aaron Jordan, gave me bogus excuses and then just ignored my calls.
Very poor business acumen. At least have the courtoisy to tell me you don't want to do the job.
Unprofessional, liar and coward.
