TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE TRUST ME! Windows are a big investment, there are plenty of other great companies to choose from in South Florida.
They were quick, installed quick, and then the problems started. Nearly every piece of glass in the home is distorted (10of19panes). I have done lots of research on this and had several contractors and window companies come out and look at the glass. They have all said this is "visibly incorrect and that company must come fix these windows!" Not according to the lovely folks at EMC. According to them a small distortion

This is the worst manufacturer of Impact glass doors and windows in the entire state of Florida. We used to use them at our company, but it was NOTHING but warranty claims. They forget to make the screens on nearly every window. Don't be fooled by their low prices - There is a reason they are so cheap. The glass is imported from South America, and they are assembled terribly in a factory in Hialeah. The seals break in a matter of months, and algae grows in between the panes of glass. They don't honor their warranties, and don't stand behind their work. Stay away...Far far away.
