Called to make an appointment to get an estimate I gave all my information last week and still yet haven't received a follow up. I called just now and lady who answered flat out said "this is not how it works" we take your information and our sales team follows up when they have time. I work in sales and one point is when you have an interested client you always follow up immediately if not you loose not only a potential client referrals you completely loose credibility. My two times calling this company to get an estimate and ask for an appointment not only was unprofessional

I had an overall very good experience with V&V Windows. My salesman, Juan O, was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. His communication skills were exceptional, as he was readily available via text & email, and he was prompt to return calls. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and the installation process went relatively smoothly. Miguel is an excellent installer. Why four stars instead of five? Two reasons. First, they require a 50% deposit, 40% payment upon delivery, and 10% upon completion. To me, that's a lot of money on their side before work even begins. Second, I

Scam artist!!! Don't buy windows here!! They give you different quotes. Why do the employees don't know installation prices? They wanted the window size because they don't measure it for you. Don't mess up. Then you call and give you the price of the window and installation. Asked to make sure what the price is going to be with other hidden fees. Was okay with it. They never emailed me the contract. So I went to their location. Another lady gave me a different quote. Was not okay and was way off the quoted price. Where's the consistency? Not going there and won't suggest

Had new french doors installed by V&V Windows. I did a lot of research on different companies. I visited their showroom and liked the quality of their products. They actually make their own doors/windows and are Miami Dade approved. The price is reasonable. They also will build/design the doors the way you want. I had them install the doors. I can also say that the customer service is excellent. Melissa was great on making sure that the install was done correctly. The owner (David) also called me. I can tell you that he stands by his products and service. Overall, I highly recommend them
