This is THE WORST COMPANY I have ever worked with. They are scam artists. Do not use them!!!! Even the drivers of their trucks said never buy from them again - they are awful! They said they make the worst doors and don't care about their product or the customer. They delivered the doors wrong on two separate occasions. We waited 3 1/2 months in total because they forgot to manufacture our doors and didn't send them to production until we hounded them. When the doors came wrong the second time, we rejected the shipment and they refused to reimburse us. We never even authorized

This company is horrible. They took two weeks to produce my order when an alternate company took two days. They overcharge and provide no customer service. I am a contractor for 25 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. The owner, JJ, has no problem resolution skills, and is rude and arrogant. I found another supplier called Custom Doors, inc. If you need this product, do yourself a favor and stay away from Architectural Doors. The salesman, Ned does not understand the products or the importance of honesty. The other companies in the area will tell you about the terrible business
