They came to out house twice for a quote, were really nice and proactive, told us a good price and got us to choose them- then disappeared. They ghosted us and completely fell off the earth knowing we were waiting to get the project going. After almost a week of ignored calls and texts they finally responded that they would get back to me. the evening after I reached out again, they said they were passing on my project. Jared and company is a waste of time

This company is completely unprofessional. The quality of work is pathetic. Their installers have no idea what they are doing and upon “ completion” my windows and doors did not look new. They claim they attempted to resolve everything, but if you do it properly the first time, then you don’t need to fix it. As the old phrase goes “it’s better to prevent than to cure”. I have several windows and doors that are inoperable. Save yourself the headache and do not work with this company. Not worth the money. I would give this company negative stars.

Very happy with the company Jorge Zambrano came to our home was very knowledgeable and explained option available for our home configuration he provided us an extremely detailed proposal and pricing was very reasonable for the entire home. I met with Jorge, I had already met with several companies but by far there was no comparison to what Jorge brought to the table. After he left my home I knew Ocean was our best choice. I felt the most comfortable with the type of service his company would provide for my project.
Before signing, I went to his showroom to see and feel his products were up to par. I was blown away by their manufacturing plan with more than 100 employees.
No other product I saw had that type of clean craftsmanship and no other product I saw had those types of features. My back sliding glass door which measured 96

We had the worst experience with OW. Totally unreliable!!! They promised to exchange a balance rode , kept sending us people who obviously didn‘t know what they were doing or simply didn’t show up at all when promised. When we, after waiting over a year (!!!) for OW to fix the problem, could not taken it any longer and turned to another company, guess what: the other company fixed the problem within two days!!! OW is an absolute no go!!!

We had the worst experience with OW. They kept us waiting more than an entire year for a little repair on a window they had installed and that we couldn't open any longer. After being lied to again and again we finally gave up and called another company. They fixed the problem within two days. Our advice: Do not hire OW unless you have a lot of money and time to waste!!! OW is a company of professional liars and certainly not a company of professional service!

Work was good. City inspectors didn't approve their work at first and some of it had to be redone. Work took a lot longer than estimated. Workers & management are friendly. Owner was beyond-rude, treated us costumers in extremely unprofessional ways, and responded to our inquiries with legal threats. One star because no-stars is not an option.
