I had a very hard time opening my sliding glass door, which was constantly coming out of its tracks and getting harder with time to open. I’m so glad I called USA doors. The two technicians came and resolved my problem in no time. Even took the time to let us know how to maintain it. I’m so glad I found them and will be using them in the future. While attempting to find a replacement screen door for my patio slider, I came upon USA Screen Doors on Google. Since my door is an odd size: 48 x 96 I thought to try a local company rather than amazon. Not a good idea.
I hope the man who was on the phone was the owner because he could only tell me what he couldn't do, what he didn't sell and what he wasn't going to help me with. In fact, his first answer was "you need to google ...".." Busy people i understand. He just said no. Everything i asked was no. If i had a potential customer who called ME, i would be helpful even if i couldnt sell him
