We work hard at designing and building gorgeous new homes from the ground up so you don't have to wait through permits or construction and can move right in! We start by purchasing only. We are always looking to buy lots so if you have land to sell let us know! We specifically look for land and lots located in the NE corridor of the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale.
We stand behind our product! We offer a very comprehensive warranty that in many cases may be much better than what other builders offer. Contact us for more information! We have a full-time acquisition agent that would be happy to help you locate the lot for your home. We carry a large inventory of lots ourselves and due to our extensive contacts network we have access to many lots that are not listed but the owners are willing to sell.

Bordeaux Builders has some great people. They communicate constantly, they sent me pictures of my project, they answer my calls, my emails or texts. It's amazing!! If they don't answer they call me back and they are really good at costumer service. So many builders have trouble here but these guys are spot on. I learned a lot working with them and I will never call anyone else for contracting needs. They are the real deal. Highly recommended!!!

It seems really hard to find a good builder today. I'm glad I happened upon Bordeaux Builders online. I loved the photos of their work and they seem to be constantly updating their website. I called and they actually answered their phones. They did a phenomenal job for me! Their staff had some great suggestions about where to save money yet the house ended up nicer than I envisioned. Honest and great communicators!

We had a wonderful experience working with Bordeaux Builders. From the moment we first met with Sean and Martin they made us feel at ease as we have never built a house before. We weren’t sure really even where to start. I was spending all of my free time looking at homes in subdivisions but all of those homes just seemed too cookie cutter and I wasn’t interested in how close they build to the neighbors. They also seem to start pricing low but by the time you add in even slightly upgraded finishes the cost just skyrockets.

I LOVE MY HOUSE! And its all thanks to Bordeaux Builders! They weren't the first builder that I called but they were the ones I hired and I knew from the first day they were really good! There guys take pictures of everything, they updated me with progress, they held meetings with me all the time to talk about changes and my finish selections and they really seem to have the process of home construction down to a science! I don't know if I'm ever going to leave my gorgeous new home but if I build again I will use them without hesitation!

These guys are amazing!!! Working with them was so easy and they really were dedicated to getting our project done efficiently and on budget. Bordeaux provided us with a multitude of information upfront about the expectations and timelines for the project and gave us multiple resources to help us flush out our design ideas. I worked with the Bordeaux Builders team on a custom home project and I was amazed at how professional and efficient they were. We spoke to multiple contractors and most just didn't impress us. Then when we saw one of the homes that Bordeaux was building we knew we had found the right builder! I highly recommend them!
