We have over 15 years experience working exclusively in Artistic Ironworks (Doors, Gates, Balconies, and Stair Railings), Also we manufacture iron furniture, lamps, chandeliers, chimneys, and coffee tables. All Baja Doors jobs are delivered completely finished, Threshold, Inside/Outside Trim, *Weather Stripping, Pulls and are installation-ready.

We have loved our doors that were installed 5 years ago. Over the last year, both of the door catches on our double doors have shot out of their casings. This has rendered the doors nearly unusable. These are unique metal doors and while we understand they are out of warranty, we feel Baja Doors should be willing to service their unique product at reasonable prices. We have referred 3 people to Baja Doors and still maintain we love their product, but I would not purchase them again because we cannot get service, very disappointing.

For 17 years we have dreamed about opening our home from, front to back, so that our entertainment area could be enjoyed from our backyard to our front patio. Baja Doors made that dream come true. Got my new front door installed last week and am THRILLED with it. Jaime was terrific from initial consultation to delivery, his brother Erick was outstanding doing the install. Beautiful custom door to my entry, VERY solid and heavy, and just a great value all around. Would call them again in a heartbeat! And I guess it's not just me - while they were installing the door, 7 different people walking the neighborhood approached them and asked them for business cards.

Baja doors was recommended to me by a friend. I set up an appointment with Jaime. I made many changes during production and Jaime was very patient, and kind with all my questions/changes. No hidden fees, and an EXCELLENT service was provided from start to finish. Needles to say, not only did we purchase custom front door, but also driveway gates with glass inserts, my home looks amazing!

We found these guys at a home show in Del Mar. We were impressed by the look of their doors. We requested a consultation and quote. Jaime came out and explained the process and let us know that it would take 6 weeks from order to install. This was a concern for us at the time because we had a large family gathering right around that time.
Jaime worked with us and talked to his boss, and they promised to have the door installed the Wednesday before the party.
They delivered on time and the door is even more beautiful than we imagined! There was a slight issue with the removable screen that we noticed

We spend years looking for replacements for our large wooden double front doors with out success. Walking through our neighborhood we noticed a new door system on a recent remodel. We loved the doors and asked the owners where they got them and if they were happy with them and the company, they were ecstatic. So we called Baja doors and made an appointment. This company installed our wrought iron gates.
Found them in a home repair flyer.
When they installed the gates they took out my entire sprinkler system (cut the wires while digging a post hole). No one reported they had done this and it took over 5 weeks to get them to actually show up at the house to repair it. BTW, they stood me up 3-4 times when they said they were coming out to fix it.
Next issue was rust on the gates, it seems that when they installed the gates they did not seal certain areas properly. They finally corrected this.
