We bought our house after Teegarden installed a furnace through the old homeowners home warranty. Upon moving in, we found out that the furnace wasn’t working. Initially called Teegarden for them to tell me that they would need the home warranty to do a service call. We contacted other agencies to find out that the furnace is too small. We called Teegarden and they were pretty rude quickly and told us that they installed what the home warranty sent them. Again, I understand they didn’t have much say in that. But when I contacted the original home warranty, they put in a service call to Teegarden

Trustworthy & quality work👍👍 Dave Turner came out late on a Monday evening after I had called another company to take a look at the HVAC unit in a rental which stopped heating. The other company was using high pressure tactics to get the renter to get me to replace the whole furnace. They told the renter: 1) "this furnace is meant for a trailer not a house" FALSE, 2) "the inducer motor is really loud and in need of immediate replacement" FALSE, and 3) "the new part is not available anywhere in Ohio until Wednesday or Thursday." These guys are absolutely terrible. They did a sloppy job putting in our Trane HVAC system. The owner himself even pointed out to me that his guys did a sloppy job and then did nothing to rectify it! I had to even ask for a cover over the air filter which they then made out of a crude jerry rigged piece of sheet metal and the caulking around the furnace parts was very sloppily done. Our new system never worked right at all and they would come out and do adjustments and charge high service call fees and for parts for a brand new system we paid big bucks to them for. This is the worst and most unprofessional experience I have had with a company. Full of negligence and dishonesty and lack of responsibility. I would never use them again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

This is a factual informative review for anyone wanting to know my experience. I would never recommend this company for many reasons. I found them using trane's website to service one of my 2 units that went out and to clean and service the second unit. after inspection of first unit We where led to believe it needed replaced because of age of unit and how many parts where "bad" on it and the fact that they may not keep unit fixed by replacing these parts. I will never use this HVAC contractor again! My home warranty company set me up with Teegarden.
The tech was in and out of my house in 20 min or so.. When he got there my thermostat was working but it was 3 degrees above what it was set on.. after he left and I came home that night my air wasn't working at all! The tech replaced the capacitor on my A/C unit, which I found out after the fact blew the compressor to the A/C.
When I called to get someone back out to my house because their company had made the problem worse, they told me where they couldn't come back out for 10 days. It

Had 2 complete a/c units put in past couple of years. It does not cool the house the way it should and they just told me to live with it. The son " Lee" told me it didn't work the way it should due to high humidity. I told them I've owned 25 houses and never had issues after putting in a top of the line Trane unit. The insurance company wanted to put in a Goodman , but they advised the Trane unit was much better.
They installed a new furnace and A/C at another location and both times spring cane around the A/C would not work at all. They did fix it after a week of 90 degree
