When something big goes out like an AC unit, I like to have at least two techs come look for service and to receive more than one quote for replacement. I had Gibby's and Trinity come out. Both were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I choose Gibby's because I had to pay out of pocket and they were very reasonable with the price. They were also swift with the responses and sending of my invoice. I'm an out of state landlord and I had to make sure that my tenants were in good hands and Gibby's definitely assisted with that. People are oftentimes skeptical of the companies that have less reviews

Excellent service and fast response. I was 3 days out from closing on my property and had furnace issues. Todd came out in just under an hour to diag and quickly identified the issue. Even though we needed to order parts, Todd came back the next day and swapped out the part and got me up and going. If I had known I would have been using Gibby's all along for maintenance and service.
