We noticed my mother in laws heat wasn't working late on Monday. I called 1st thing on Tuesday to see about a technician coming to check it out. I explained that she was old and the temp in her house was 52°... sooo cold for her. They sent someone out almost immediately and replaced her thermostat. The technician was very respectful and courteous. It didn't take him long to diagnose and repair the issue. She was heating up and happy in no time at all. Thanks again, you will definitely be recommended for future work!!

Greg and his crew was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the way it should be. It has been a little more than a month since our new HVAC unit was installed. I have yet to have any problems or buyers remorse . The 2 man crew that installed our unit was more than professional.... They were on time. After installation was complete one of the installers walked me through the setup of my new system. I would give 10 stars if it were possible.

Since then, we have maintained a service contract for bi-annual service for the system.
The price is reasonable and the work professional.
I get a reminder phone call each season reminding me of the service and scheduling an appointment convenient for me.
I would recommend Maxwell Heat and Air to anyone for a new system and service.

When looking to replace our Heat Pump we chose Maxwell Heating & Cooling for several reasons. Highly recommend! They may not be the cheapest, but if you want a quality hvac system installed, these are the guys. Greg (salesman) did a great job patiently explaining my options - I'm an engineer, so that's not easy! Their installation crew is professional, courteous, and thorough. Shawn (lead tech) did a superb job, even went beyond to make sure everything was right.

I have been a customer of Maxwell Heating & Cooling for several, happy, years. If their work was not "right on", I would not have remained a customer. They treat you like family and their work is excellent. Their pricing is fair. There might be someone out there who will do the work for less; but you get what you pay for. I would recommend Maxwell to anyone who is in need of HVAC service, repair or replacement.
