I called them asking about a truck, the guy that answered was so rude. I asked him what’s wrong with the truck he said “idk I’m not mechanic” well then don’t post the truck? Or figure out whats wrong with it before posting it. He was so unprofessional and rude I will never buy a car from them just because of him.

My husband and Iocated a truck we were interested in online, the website of Green Country Auto in Collinsville, Ok. We drove from Tulsa to Collinsville in order to see the truck and maybe test drive it. We were treated so rudely by one of the salesmen. He told us that everything is online and he was not interested at all in helping us. So, with that attitude we decided to go somewhere else. So if you find a truck on their website, don't go there in person. They will not help you.

I would say that Green Country Auto is the Lexus dealership of used dealerships. If you've ever been to a Lexus dealership in the
Dallas-Fort Worth area, you will know what I mean. Very professional and courteous.
I test drove 2 vehicles. I found the vehicle I was interested in and examined the vehicle. I found a couple of issues that I felt needed to be addressed. JB, without any hesitation agreed to address the issues and within 3 days the issues were resolved and I purchased the vehicle.
JB and Amber, the secretary went as far as helping me get the vehicle to my home; they went well beyond
Dallas-Fort Worth area, you will know what I mean. Very professional and courteous.

I never write reviews but feel I need to try and warn other people who may be considering purchasing a vehicle from here. They do not disclose damage or the terrible attempt to repair the vehicles they sell. You could get stuck with a large repair bill like we did if you don't catch the damage before buying. We are stuck with over $6,000 of repairs to a vehicle we recently purchased from them. They don't seem to care that it's considered fraud to not disclose damage to buyers. The vehicle we bought from them had a perfectly clean Carfax but it had hail damage on the roof that someone poorly attempted

I really recommend them, I purchased a 2015 Ford F350 From them in October. I traveled from South Texas all the way to OK. A 14 hour Drive &
Mr. Austin & Mr. J.B were so helpful & gave us a great deal. Off-course we purchased a used vehicle & every used vehicle has details. That with time have to fixed. If you want no issues buy NEW & even new vehicles have problems.
But we are really happy with the vehicle & the price & we will definitely be returning back to purchase again from them. They treated us with respect & fairness.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Norm and the guys at Green Country. I just bought a Ram over there and the process from start to finish was effortless. I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door and helped to the truck just as fast. I was given, in my opinion, a good price on the truck and they even threw in a new battery cuz the one in it was on its 9th live. I was out of town, due to work, but they still held my truck until I could get back over there to pay for it. I recommend these guys for a vast selection of vehicles and their professionalism. Oh and be sure to ask Norm about his plane

Quite the inventory of vehicles, some of which looked a bit rough. I couldn't tell you if the vehicles were over priced because there were no prices listed on the vehicles and after walking around the lot for 30 minutes or so the four of us decided to move on to a different lot. I would say this is low pressure sales at its finest. There was literally no pressure.
