Taft, the owner, is very professional and helpful. Not only did he come back to our house after he sprayed the first time, but he had just lost a family member and quickly came by a 2nd time to re-spray because we had some elm bugs/beetles in our kitchen and bathrooms that were very stubborn and refused to vacate! All of our wasps outside have died or just chosen another residence to live at, thankfully. His 60 day guarantee is holding true to his word and it's been a few weeks now (3 or 4). I will definitely be calling him again in late September and highly recommend him. I only write up reviews

Great experience! We just purchased a new home, and had BeeGone come out to spray the home inside and out. We had a huge ant nest in the concrete in our back patio that was taken care of initially, but the ants came back after a few weeks. We contacted them to see if they would come out to spray the nest again, and they did with no questions asked. They were on time, friendly, and efficient both times.
