We switched to Hybrid from another local pest control company and could not be happier. No more mice or bugs and they are super mindful of where they place their bait taking into consideration our pets of all sizes and curious kids. They are great about giving text/email/phone reminders and when snow prevents them from getting to outdoor locations they make additional trips at no extra cost.

Before anyone showed up I knew what to expect from their visit, how the treatment worked, how much I would be charged, and had all my questions answered. Before our scheduled appointment we had rain. I received a call to ask if I wanted to reschedule because the treatment may not be as effective. Justin was polite, friendly, and thorough. During our second visit he asked what we had seen since the first treatment. Along with his usual routine he spent extra time addressing areas of concern. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

I have tried a few other pest control services before and Hybrid takes the cake every time! Such friendly, prompt and effective service. They are like the ghostbusters of pests when they roll up in that ride and take out their pump packs- You better watch out bugs- they gonna find you!
