Don't be scared off by Bob--he seems gruff at first, but as you talk to him more, he's really quite nice.
Our fence and gate turned out perfectly. not only do they look great, but theyre solid and well installed, so I don't have to worry about my boys knocking anything loose when they start climbing all over them like monkeys

This place needs to close! Called today about a estimate and the older guy who answered the phone basically hung up on me and was very rude about getting a new customer, he told me they had a lot of customers that need service!?! And what that had to do with a potential customer?!? I was so confused and said Thank... and before I could get the "you" out of my mouth he hung up the phone.

Set up to do an estimate for me today and was told if I was not home could still come by and do the measurements to provide me with the general estimate. I took the morning off anyways waiting around for them he calls and leaves a voicemail letting me know he's on his way I reply back with a text 2 hours go by I call him and he tells me to go out and get the measurements and he'll still provide me with that estimate. That's not how you earn customer business definitely not getting mine

I had them come out for an estimate on replacing a fence around a pool. The guy seemed like he didn't want to be there or even do the job. Was in and out with 3 minutes. Never called back. Called back today and was told, oh i forgot about that. We are so busy that it wont happen anytime soon. This was 3 weeks from when he came out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. No one should give this company there business. I have no clue how is review are at a 2.8 stars.
