Started working with this company for a full replacement of a fence back in May. From May 27th-September 29th I call 7 time in regards to insulation dates. I was rescheduled every time and told a further date but never given a reason. On September 29th I received my first call from the company stating that the document given to them in may were not filled out properly. It took 4 months for them to notice this. Very unorganized and unprofessional. On October 2nd I received another phone call stating that the owner is now pulling all current contracts and quote "because of an issue with another customer

I am the Service Manager at Door and Gate Company in GR and needed some parts first thing in the morning. Bought nice white vinyl fence with steel gate. Fence is nice, but steel gate shows through the corners. Unlike the picture on their website that does not show any metal. Tried to have it fixed, but salesman Ken was no help. When called the office they referred me to the salesman Ken. Was told after the install it would have looked good if I would have had it swing in. Since it swings out they don't know how to fix it and do it right. All they would have to do is move the hinges parallel with the driveway and move the vinyl pole over on the gate. Not that hard to see what needs to be
