Work completed: Total kitchen remodel, new floors downstairs, new stair rail installation, rewire of kitchen lighting and switches, gas appliance connection installation, removal of waste, new baseboard installed, crown molding install, and new light fixture installation.
We started out design in April, ordered materials in June, started construction in September, and completed construction/punch list at the end of November.

What a great experience!! From day one we knew what we wanted and Mariano & Co. delivered. We were notified daily of the next days work and not once did they over promise and under deliver. We are very proud of the work they did for us and they will be our first call on any future products. The only issue we encountered was their loyalty to the SOONERS, other than that they were perfect. :)

Mariano and Company did our kitchen remodel. They are truly a great organization with honest and high quality people throughout. Their daily communication allowed us to plan our day and they got our job done in a timely manner. We were only without countertops for one day! Their quality of work is exceptional. From our first meeting until the end of our kitchen remodel, we were quite impressed. Everyone was very respectful of our time and very patient with our questions. This was our first interior remodel and we had no idea what we were doing! We met with a few different companies/contractors and Mariano stood out from the very first encounter. The design team was amazing and helped us create a beautiful and functional kitchen. We had a constant line of communication and daily updates once our project started. We used Mariano & Co to remodel our laundry room.
They were recommended by a neighbor who was very pleased with their work.
Mariano & Co has a well developed process from job beginning to job completion.
Communication is easy with all their team: interior designer, field ops manager, logistics manager, and Lucien. On the 1st day of construction, the whole team shows up and goes over the plan with the homeowner to make sure everybody is in sync. When the job is done, Lucien comes out to inspect and makes sure everything is done correctly and that you are satisfied.

We struggled being new to Arizona finding a contractor for a kitchen remodel for a house we just purchased, until we came upon Mariano & Co. The scope of our remodel was large: Completely new kitchen (cabinets, island, new splash, appliances, tile floor etc.) We also replaced ALL flooring in the house and brand new master bathroom (again, completely gutted and everything new). Too much to list in this review. I cannot imagine doing this with any other contractor! First, the owners are perfectionists and demand quality from all their subs. I was a tough customer as I scrutinized every little item. Not once did I get push back; in fact they went beyond my craziness to make it even better. NICEST GROUP OF PEOPLE & HIGH-QUALITY WORK! We worked with Mariano over the summer to renovate our 1951 home in downtown Tempe. We knocked out some walls, filled in some doors and windows that were out of place from the previous owner, and did a full kitchen and bath remodel. The project was only 5 weeks, and if we ever had a problem, Mariano's team came and fixed it.

We recently had Mariano & Co., LLC renovate our Laundry Room. This is our second project with the Mariano Team. Last year, they renovated our Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. We were so impressed by the quality of their work that we engaged them again for our Laundry Room update.

They don't show the complete "Before" situation for the North Wall was completely stuffed with clutter and the area to the left of the washer and dryer was similarly cluttered because the only true storage in the room was the cabinetry

If he had taken the time to actually stop by and talk about the project, he would have realized it involved much more including parts of the master bath.

DO. NOT. USE. This is my house since May. No working kitchen, bathrooms, and a hole in the exterior to the house with a board covering it. All due to mismeasurement and faulty designs. I was notified that their design wouldn't work after they tore up the foundation to the house. They have left my new refrigerator, washer, dryer, and dishwasher on my back patio all summer. They also left cabinets that were to be reused on the back patio all summer. When asked to repair the damage, the owner said, "Mariano and Co will NOT be fixing sun damage on 40 year old cabinets." This will be a long detailed review but I have worked with Mariano & Co. quite a bit this past year and am so happy with the result I continue to hire them for more. So far we have had an entire dining room wall and pony wall removed. Shiplap extended to match existing shiplap. Ceiling lights moved and ceilings patched and painted. Electrical moved, new switches and dimmers installed, new paint, and new chandeliers hung. We are currently nearing the end of our beautiful full kitchen remodel with them. We will be starting a bathroom remodel shortly followed by our laundry room, master bath

I would not recommend this company. Vic Mariano came out to see my home and to give me a quote. He told me he would have a quote to me in 2 weeks. I agreed and waited patiently for 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and I still had not received a bid. He then said he would have it done in 2 days or he would let me know if it was going to be longer. He still didn't have it done and again no communication. I called him again and he told me that he was very behind and hadn't even started my bid. The list of contractors in the east valley/phoenix area is endless. Thank goodness we found Mariano and Co. Vic, Lloyd, Mike, Chelsea and their team were so great to work with. Constant updates by email so we knew who and what time they would show up, what work was going to be done and text/email communication constantly. Our project, although rather small, was made difficult because we had to stay in the house and couldn't surrender both bathrooms at the same time.
