Winchester Roofing did my roof today. I was originally scheduled for Sept 4th or 5th but they had an opening and called me on Tuesday saying they could get me done today. They did a fantastic job! From stripping off the old roof to finishing up, they were done by early afternoon (my house isn't that big and it's a plain roof, nothing fancy).

Great friendly crew that worked quickly. They also throughly checked the property for clean up of any screws or scrap left over after the project was completed. Justin was also very friendly and helpful explaining the process on how they do metal roofing.

This was my first experience with replacing a roof. I always want to work locally if possible and found Winchester. I was so very impressed with the first meeting for a quote. He spent a good amount of time on the roof measuring and inspecting. He answered all of my questions and then some. All options were presented without any pressure. I knew before I even received the quote that Winchester was going to be my choice - first impressions are important.

We had 4 different roofing companies give us a quote on a new metal roof. Winchester Roofing was the first to come out and the only one to get on the roof and measure things. All the roofers got their metal from the same supplier, and Winchester roofing was at least $1000-$4000 cheaper!! They did have a longer wait time than some of the others (5 weeks instead of 2 weeks), but we are so glad we waited! They got our roof done early and stayed several hours after 5pm to get our roof done before the next day's snow. The installation crew was very polite and kept our yard very clean, even picking up

They did a complete tear off and replacement of my roof. Original standing seam and replaced with new standing seam. They trampled a small tree I planted last year, they damaged a chair on my porch, they damaged the dryer vent on the side of my house, and destroyed some of my gutters. Then proceeded to try and say they weren’t responsible for damaging the gutters. Big gaps in trim work between ridge cap and roof metal. End of corners were not bent probably. Overall just poor quality trim work.

They did a fantastic job! From… stripping off the old roof to finishing up, they were done by early afternoon (my house isn't that big and it's a plain roof, nothing fancy).
They cleaned up and did several walk-arounds to make sure they got all the debris.
If you are looking for great work at a great price, these are the guys!
