When our roof suffered damage from the storm we contacted an adjuster who told us to get a few bids. This is when I met Anthony. I had no idea the insurance industry would be doing their own estimates and giving us so much misdirection! They even tried to push their own cut rate contractor to me saying it would save me money!

The Roof Doctor did an excellent job on our total roof replacement. I tend to be overly anxious about projects such as these, but Anthony didn’t shy away from going over my questions. He has been responsive from start, to finish, and even beyond the “finish.” It is obvious that this company is going to honor their work and warranties for the long term. I am able to rest easy, knowing that my home is safe and that The Roof Doctor has us “covered!”

I been working for this comoany. Since it started in when the company was called DaysRoofing. When i stared for is Dad in 2003 to me personally .i would say if you want the job done well in quick .The Roof. Doctor is a great company in very Honest . in keep in mind The Roof Doctor also has the Gutter Doctor .we make our own Gutters 5 or 6 inch . in the Gutter Jenny which comes with a topper .i would have to give the company a 5 star

I paid them to replace a roof on one porch, and repair a leak on my back porch. They also replaced my gutters. The gutters leak in several spots around my house, redistributing water to random spots like my front porch and the side of my house. They constantly clog. This is even though they are supposedly clog free and are advertised as maintenance free. The back roof never stopped leaking. They did send someone to fix it, but after they sent the same guy about five times who just kept asking me what I wanted him to do to stop the leak, while mostly just sitting on my roof smoking, I gave up. Called to set up for them to do an estimate and the lady was very rude and wanted me to pay her $250 upfront for them to do a bid on doing the roof. Never in my life have I heard of this. We pay you for a bid on you getting a job? Very rude and unprofessional.
Edit**** I told you upfront it wasn’t an inspection or anything. I told you that we was going to buy the house and that the USDA loan wanted us to get an estimate for the roof. I did know what I was talking about and what I needed. So yet not only rude but unprofessional and lying. Wow just wow.

I put a roof on myself a couple years ago and put the house on the market Recently ...Anthony At the Roof Doctor came out and fixed a couple things I did wrong and is standing behind the work for two years for the new owners...he made the repairs affordable for me and everything looks great! He has also done work on a previous property And was diligent in getting a fair estimate and repair from storm damage from my insurance company... also explained the benefits to going with a larger gutter to alleviate potential problems with that property-

Owner showed up seeming trying to rush gutter installers to get done so he could get paid.6" gutters were what I paid for,but 5" were installed on the front of house .Owner never. said nothing about mistake hoping I won't notice.Also. I requested estimate for other work on house,which I never got.Owner took payment due for work done and never heard from him again. This was after he said he would gladly give estimate.Got my business and ran!

We had our roof replaced on our ranch home by the Roof Doctor. The Roof doctor team that arrived ripped off our old roof and replaced our home with a new roof in no time at all!
The team of workers were kind, respectful and courteous. They promptly cleaned up all the old roofing materials as they were removing it from our home. I was very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. They came out and looked at the damage on my roof and helped me with all the necessary paper work to file with the insurance company. They had the roof done 2 days later and was very quick and I didn't have anything to clean up after they left.

To bad I can't give 0 stars. Bad storm ripped some siding off our house, homeowners insurance said to get a tarp over it so no water will get in. I called this place Wednesday and they told me they would try to get it done Thursday, didn't happen so Friday it would get done. I was told Friday 9-10, never showed, I was told they got a flat tire......but they would get it done. Then they told me it was done, this was Friday about 4, it wasn't done, then I was fed more BS. It's Friday night and it's raining, I was told the owner would call me and it would get done...
