I honestly have no idea how these guys are rated so highly. Bad experience from start to finish.
A brief overview:
Jacob told us they were two weeks out to get us into a contract (our roof was actively leaking) - they didn’t start for ~10 weeks.
The first time we thought they were about to start on our roof, they showed up unannounced, and began doing THE WRONG PROJECT. As it turns out, they still needed to finish/correct something on our neighbor’s roof. Wish we had talked to our neighbors before entering our own contract with them.

Jacob got us signed up painlessly, helped arrange the finances, then had a couple excellent crews come in and do a fantastic job, including a good site cleanup and fast action on the small punch list after the fact. Very pleased with the roof and the service!

I was considering new gutters and had Chris Kasson of Kangaroof come out for an assessment. Through speaking with him I could tell he had a real passion for his job and was eager to help me. In addition to inspecting my gutters, he explained that he could do a thorough inspection of my roof, siding and gutters if I wished and had the time. He even came in and did an attic inspection which was another thing on my to do list. This guy had a drone to look at my roof and even brought coloring books in to my children. My experience with Brandstetters KangaRoof was top notch from beginning to end. Scheduling an estimate was extremely easy and professional. When Greg made his way out the next day- he was professional, polite and very informative. Do not use Kanga Roof. Their workers stole items from my house and their work was shoddy. Now that the roof is leaking, they refuse to honor the warranty.
No, I don’t consider this issue resolved. The entire roof has to be redone because the first time it was done, it was done so poorly, there are leaks everywhere. The staff was extremely rude, accused me of lying, and made the entire experience a nightmare.
DO NOT USE KANGA ROOF. I highly recommend Winchester Roofing, excellent customer service, a quality job well done, they were friendly, fast, and far less expensive than Kanga Roof.

We used Kanga Roof for major repairs to our current roof including some deck replacement and new shingles. We couldn’t be happier with the level of service and the courteous staff from beginning to end on this project. Everyone from our sales person through to the office staff and including our service personnel and installers, worked in a very professional manner, kept us well informed of progress, and met the timelines for the work that was promised. I highly recommend using Kanga Roof for any of your roofing needs. I own an old home that uses box gutters. In the 100+ years since this house had been built, the gutters had never been replaced. As you can imagine, these wooden gutters were starting to deteriorate. I reached out to Kanga Roof to get a quote since I had heard good things about their work, and I liked that they are local company. They came out to look at the work that was needed, explained that they use top-of-the-line materials, and gave me a fair price.

KangaRoof took a daunting set of problems i was facing as a first time homeowner and made them
disappear. The management at this company stand behind their every word, something i find very rare in these types of businesses today. The quality of their work is absolutely top-notch. If you own a house with box gutters, you need not bother to call anyone else. Johnny is the MAN, came back on a follow up visit to verify all the gutters and downspouts were functioning properly, fixed the problem while i was away at work and i came home to see the work was already done!
