From the first appointment all the way through completion he was very professional, easy to talk with and get a hold of and walked us through the entire process. Worked with William Cruz to get a full roof replacement done. He handled everything from getting a quote ASAP, talking to my insurance about the situation, HOA approval and finally invoice close out. Working with Randy Goff and RBS was an excellent experience from start to finish. We were referred to Randy and he did not disappoint. Randy walked us through the entire process, always answered our MANY questions promptly and honestly, and overall, went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied. I had a wonderful experience with RBS! Their customer service is excellent! Chad is a super star and communicated with me before, during and after my roof installation to ensure everything was going fine. Every person I dealt with was wonderful, from office staff to the roofing crew, and the gutter installers. Everyone communicated very well and I knew what was going on and when the entire time! I will definitely refer them to others and I would use them again in a heartbeat! I have heard horror stories about some roofing companies. Don't take any chances - use RBS!

I found RBS to be very professional in all matters. They responded to my calls in a very timely manner. They took care of all necessary permits with the county and HOA. When I contacted Chad about a minor issue, he responded right away and came to the house the same day. Chad and Will resolved the issue quickly. We found the crew to be very efficient, respectful, fast and they did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend them and wouldn’t think twice about contacting Chad Ellis for future services.
