The actual movers were nice enough but the communication beforehand was challenging at best. Moving is a big deal and we haven't done it in almost 20 years so knowing what to expect and seeing a formal quote prior to reserving should be standard operating procedure.

The customer manager contacted me and they resolved the extra two hours charge that they put on my credit card. While the movers did a good job, I can't give them a better review as I had a bad experience in the call with billing department.

680 Movers Elite did an excellent job with my move. They arrived on time and they were nothing but professional. Hackler worked with all the rules of my building and provided a very reasonable rate. The movers did my move quickly and helped to break down and wrap up some of my furniture well. Walter and his team packed my storage space so well. Great job guys. I used Charles's services to move a few furniture items to a relatives apartment. Charles responded immediately to accommodate the date I needed to do the move. He gave me a quote, which was very reasonable, including the time frame it would take to do the move. His guys completed the move in rapid time, keeping within the estimated time frame. I was very satisfied with the process and how smooth it all went. And they were so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend 680 Movers Elite.

We were only moving the items in our 4-bedroom house 5 or so miles, however if it's 5 miles or 5,000 miles the intensity of moving is about the same.

The 3-man crew that 680 sent was headed up by Santiago who arrived with a smile and maintained it throughout the move, as well as being very patient in dealing with various fragile items and disassembling and reassembling furniture during a hot August day - the crew were consummate professionals.

I used 680 Movers Elite company and they were wonderful. They were 30 minutes early which helped me with my move by allowing me more time. The movers were fast and efficient. It was really cold outside and they told me to just stay inside while they work and that they had everything under control. It was a really good experience and I would use them when I move the next time.

My overall experience has been pleasant with the staff and moving team from start of contact to the end. I had a few hiccups along the way however the team was very responsive and provided as many options as possible. I requested full moving service and delivery to 2 locations within 10 miles. Although not everyone on my moving team was fluent with speaking English, they were very courteous. The lead person was most fluent with English so a lot of communication went through him to pass on information to the rest of the team. I was in the process of downsizing from a 5 bedroom house to a one bedroom apartment. I hired 680 Movers Elite to move all the furniture. Even though it was only about 10 miles away the 3 very skilled movers took every precaution to ensure that my furniture would be safe. Each piece was wrapped in blankets, plastic, and taped. All my artwork was boxed with special paper to protect it. These guys worked non-stop from beginning to the end. They were easy to communicate with too. I wouldn't hesitate to call 680 Movers Elite!

MOST Incredible moving experience I have ever had and I've moved around quite a bit! Not a single ding or scratch and my furniture is so well wrapped up and protected that i feel confident it will arrive in the same condition it was packed! Paul , Bailey and Marty arrived on time and packed everything super fast! As first time movers, my husband and I were really concerned about how our things would travel. But hiring 680 Movers Elite made it easy. I hired them because they were inexpensive and because I love to support vets. I wasn't expecting a lot but they treated us like royalty. They came in right on time and started packing everything. It was great seeing how creative these men were with their packing skills. They did use a lot of packing materials though. There were no issues while loading my things to the truck. The delivery was supposed to be made at 9 am but they delayed it till 12. Thank god

Had a really difficult time with this moving company. I will say the movers who did the work were awesome and did a great job packing up our garage and delivering our stuff to storage. The setup and execution from the office was difficult. We had a deadline on getting things out of the house we sold and I made it very clear we needed to move things out on Sunday. I asked for an early start time because we had an hour drive to our new place. I was told this was the only time slot available. Movers came a half hour after our given window. We used this company last week. It was a three man crew. Adrian, Jamie, Jossiel (not sure of spelling) showed up on time and were ready to work. They were friendly, super efficient and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. An added bonus was the cleaning services (outstanding job...way above what we were expecting). Don't think twice about using them...they are fantastic!!

680 Movers Elite did a terrific job for my family. We moved from Livermore to Folsom a couple days ago. Adrian, Jaime, and crew were professional, on time, and careful with our stuff. They never stopped working or slowed down, they truly did a terrific job.

On top of this, 680's pricing was totally reasonable - and they even offer complimentary cleaning of your residence after you move out.

I used 680 Movers Elite for a move last month, from a house in Los Gatos to Danville. I am thrilled with the quality of the move, everything was done on schedule and with very high attention to detail. This would be a 5 star review except for the difficulties I had in getting hold of the company initially to get an estimate, and in some followup contact during the move planning phase.

A little late in coming for this review, but the crew that helped us move was fantastic. I feel bad for not remembering the name of the head dude, but they had their work cut out for them in moving us from Blackhawk to the Oakland Hills. The home we bought has a lot of stairs, the guys didn't complain once and set everything up nicely. Nothing was damaged. Highly recommend using this company.

680 movers did a tremendous job moving us from San Francisco to Danville. They showed up on time on their huge black trucks and start the job right away . All 5 movers were very nice and professional . They packed all our belongings and load those on truck in no time . When it was time to pay the bill there was no surprises , only hours they worked time on previously discussed rate . Nothing extra with no up-sale . I used 680 movers for my last move and movers did a fantastic job. They were quick, polite and very professional. This time I decided to do 680 mover elite, since its the same movers but the pricing structure is super easy: all you need to know is your rate and amount of hours. No other charges, no double drive time, all packing materials included. Also they clean my old place after the move so I didn't have to call janitorial service to clean it up before handing the keys to my land Lord.

Move itself went great. Guys work very fast and careful. Super service, super guys !!!

Moving sucks. It's the worst. But 680 Movers makes it so much easier. I used this company for our last move, and when I called to schedule our move this time, Crystal was so warm and wonderful. The first thing she did was offer us a return customer coupon (which was greatly appreciated!). From there , everything was seamless thanks to her. She was organized and on top of everything. She even accommodated our crazy schedule change last minute.
