I have waited almost a year to post this to see how things went, and they've continued to get worse. First, let me start with their estimate. The person giving it knew nothing about the business, so his estimate was way off. These are the words of those doing the work, not mine (first warning sign). While removing tile flooring in my kitchen, they cut the water main. Seems like a mistake an amateur would make. After several hours, and the condo association plumber coming to turn the water main off on the street, my entire first floor was flooded, and in standing water for those hours. They assured

Really happy I chose Floor Skinz for the floor polishing at my home. Price was 1/3 less than the larger commercial guys, they went out of their way to get the floor to the sheen I was looking for and found them overall very considerate of treating my home as though it was their own, leaving it immaculate!

I live in St. Louis, MO and was searching for examples of colors I would like to use for my basement floors. A google image search pulled up one of the amazing jobs Floor Skinz completed for a customer. I called up the business and explained what I was looking for. Andrea answered the phone and immediately jumped on their website to confirm which photo I was asking about. She stated she would get a hold of her field personnel and asked how I would prefer to be contacted once she was able to figure out the colors used on this job. We were in Atlantic City at a car show and Floor Skinz had a display and that's how we found them. I took their card and called them when our garage floor was poured. We wanted it done fairly soon and they accommodated us. It was a 3 day project which they explained to us. We picked our type of floor we wanted and also chose our color. We also picked a large decal that went over the color and then the epoxy is the last step. I have to say everyone who has seen our floor loves it and we were very impressed with it also. We would recommend them.

Dan at Floor Skinz still possesses one of the fleeting arts of business. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it, for the amount he said he was going to do it for. That’s called integrity. His crew is professional, very knowledgeable, and was able to quickly and efficiently adapted to unforeseen on site challengers . Plan on using these folks again.
