Rich is competent and a good communicator. He has good subs who show up on time. He is very responsive to your concerns about any issues. We have used him in the past for a larger remodeling project and we were very satisfied with our experience. Most recently he helped repair damage in our bathroom, which was done by a different contractor. Rich is honest and working with him makes us confident that the job will be done right. We highly recommend him.

I can't begin to express how grateful we are to have had Rich and his team of Subs remodel our home in Point Loma. With the exception of a few change orders for the unexpected, Rich kept the project in line with the budget we gave him. Additionally, he kept the subs on schedule and delivered a finished remodel and granny flat on time. If/when we need to make any more additions to our home, our first and only call will be to CM of SD.

We are out of town owners of a SD condo that needed remodeling from top to bottom. Rich was recommended to us and we could not be happier with both Rich and the work he did for us. We got a fair estimate and a time line from Rich that were adhered to. We were not in town for 90% of the work but we had complete faith and trust in Rich and he did not disappoint. He’s a 5 star in my book and the first one I will call when I need work done again.

Rich has been a pleasure to work with, he's definitely a people person and was on top of my remodeling project. He's a well versed General Contractor and his experience showed, the project flow was smooth and all of the subcontractors were on time and completed their tasks according to the project plan. I would recommend CM of SD to any residential homeowners looking for quality work and a genuine man of his craft.

We are glad we chose CM of SD for our home remodel (two bedrooms and a bathroom). Rich and Natascha were great communicators and it was evident they actually cared about us and our home. When we researched them one of their prior clients used the word "integrity" to describe CM of SD and we would do the same. This was one of several phases of our whole home remodel and earlier we'd used a big design build firm. While they got the job done (at a very high price) the experience was stressful and lousy. We felt like we had to be the project manager and it was evident they saw us more as a business

Very on point. Rich at Construction Management of San Diego helped with a complete remodel of my home. This was my first experience with such a major project and could not have been more happy with the finished project. He spent the time to listen to my ideas and present viable cost effective options to ensure we finished on time and within budget.
